WHAT DO YOU GET?

Jamie Milne Training ½ Day or 2 Day running clinics help individuals improve their running mechanics via utilising Pose running for better use of posterior chain musculature. With the implementation of video analysis and feedback, for accurate diagnosis of running based issues and biomechanics.

So whether it's a record breaking 5km time trial, completing your first ultra or improving your running between obstacles in O.C.R. – the Jamie Milne Training Running Clinics can help you.

Our 2 day clinics are for those serious about improving their running, maximising athleticism and endurance levels to the fullest potential! Be warned in advanced however that this is not a gentle weekend.

We provide the most up to date training knowledge under Coach Jamie Milne's guidance.

The Clinics encourage constantly varied training, as doing the same old, same old repetitive approach to your preparation will eventually result in a decreased ability to build athleticism and fitness.

WHAT'S INVOLVED

1.POSE running for a transition to minimalist running, correct biomechanics, and injury prevention i.e. shin splints, patello femoral syndrome, plantar fasciitis etc.

2.Sound nutritional knowledge- Utilizing 'Paleolithic Diet' principles for lifestyle, training, pre, post, and during your event.

3.Power Lifting and Olympic Weight Lifting for strength biased training to build a stable, strong and powerfully balanced undercarriage.

4.Midline stabilisation and core stability work to build a spine of steel and an indomitable core.

5.High intensity interval training, tempo running, max distance running, explosive calisthenic movements and plyometrics.
