The Wild Horse Mountain is a great place to walk or run during the day. This is the 6th year of the Wild Horse Criterium where runners test themslves ove 11km, 22km, 33km, 55km and 50 miles/80km. Eat as many Easter Eggs as you want before burning them off on a fun run in the bush.

The 2015 course will be run around a 11½ km course, changing direction on completion of each lap (for those competing in distances beyond one lap).

This event is is based at Wild Horse Mountain car park, consisting of five events of 11, 22, 33, 55km and 50 miles respectively:

1 loop (11 km) - Start 10:00 am, cut-off 1:00 pm (3 hrs.)
2 loops (22 km) - Start 09:00 am, cut-off 1:00 pm (4 hrs.)
3 loops (33 km) - Start 07:30 am, cut-off 1:00 pm (5½ hrs.)
5 loops (55 km) - Start 04:00 am, cut-off 1:00 pm (9 hrs.)
7 loops (50 mile - 80 km) - Start 02:00 am, cut-off 1:00 pm (11 hrs.)

All events start and finish at the car park.

Runners in the 55km and 50 mile events will need a headlight to start. First light is at 5:20 am and sunrise at 5:45 am.
